so this is nathaniel, better known as nate. he's twenty-three and he grew up in whispering woods, before leaving directly after high school for school in new york, and now he's back bringing a bunch of incredibly lame excuses for his return with him. he wasn't very social in high school but he did have a few close friends. mostly he was kind of socially awkward. nate has a lot of people issues. i don't know that he actually has a lot of out and out enemies, but there are definitely going to be people who don't like him. and in the way of love, well, it would take a special person to be able to put up with nate's quirks and general insanity.
